Try Quick Turn Circuits in Salt Lake City. 2-10 layers are right down their
alley. Final finish is limited, but they get the stuff done.

We are looking for a quick turn PCB house that can turn a four layer board
in a 3 days.  What we need is a real 3 days ie design is received by PCB
house Monday morning and boards are in my hands no later than
Thursday morning.  We would only like prototype qtys.
