Hello techneters,

is there any summary ( norms, standards) on LEAD FREE plating  acceptance criteria. Something which would cover all or most types of Lead Free plating and its acceptance criteria ( compositions and base material compatibility,thickness,Sn bright, Sn matte,what is the minimum thickness of  Ni underlay, ENIG, Ag - plating, Ni-Au-Pd plating etc etc. ?

This would be great help for our industry if something like this exists or will be created soon.
