Didn't see attachment. Technet strips all attachments. It may be the
fabricators UL logo - a unique identifier that let's UL determine the
manufacturer (for PCBs which are UL listed). Try looking in the UL
the UL listings for board mfrs starting with an "F" (and you can't be sure
that the company's name starts with an F just because the logo is an F - our
logo is PII, for example) include the following:

if you have the hard copy of the UL Directory (Yellow Book) you can find the
logos in there and figure out who it is. Otherwise, to do it online (At
http://database.ul.com/cgi-bin/XYV/cgifind.new/LISEXT/1FRAME/srchres.html?be
gin=615&collection=/data3/verity_collections/lisext&vdkhome=/usr/app/verity_

:asc) you'll have to look at the file for every board fab one at a time, and
that could take a _long_ time. If you can narrow it down to US
manufacturers, I see only 12 listed.

There's a Hella and and F in a triangle and the codes as marked. It appears
as a screen print. Need to know whom to approach to get another board.
It looks single sided, could it be re-manufactured elsewhere?
