Here a triangle with an F inside means "failed" either inspection or test.

Does anyone know what this mark means on a circuitboard [ Triangle with an F
inside ]?  Is it a heat rating or a manufacturer's mark?  There are not too
many companies with names beginning with an F.  Any help would be appreciated
... Ultimately I am looking for the manufacturer of an automobile board or
assembler.
