NASA Pub 1124 lists testing results for materials fab PCB packages -
laminate, coatings, adhesives, etc.  This publication indicated the TML,
CVCM and WVR of the materials allowing for assessment of compliance to
outgassing limits for space flight systems.  Bill Campbell at the
Goddard Space Center can get a copy out to you.  If not I can look up a
specific materials type is this will help you.
