Hi IPC LF Listservers,

I would like some help in terms of contacts with the right BBC email
mailing address, and also one that might serve Germany and the countries
to their East.

To my own USA Science Radio Show, Science Friday on NPR, I wrote the
following note that I would like to write to other wide based science
radio shows.

Hi Ira, and SciFriday gang,

I have a show series idea for you that YOU really should include as one of
your come back again radio shows. I also need to find some place on the
BBC for the BBC to also do the same and maybe some place in those crazy
Bavarian countries. Different guests in different places yet some in both
places like the Soldertec and maybe the IPC folks

The EU has implemented several technology directives to remove certain
elements or compounds from products sold to EU consumers. There is more I
could tell you for example on Waste Disposal.

What I would like to see is a series being done on Lead Free since that is
provocative, controversial with economic impact. And as the series evolves
throwing in the other substances like Halogens, and Steels that are
provocative in another fashion.

It is all the best of science in a controversial and changing world.
