for the D-37a Embedded Passives Design Task Group.

The two files posted today under the "Drafts" link are:

 

IPC-2316 Working Draft - April 2004.  This is the current working draft
of the design guideline with material incorporated by Kim Fjeldsted of
ESI following IPC Printed Circuits Expo 2004

 

IPC-2316 Outline Document - March 2004.  This is a listing of the
subsections for the document as well as potential sources for
paragraphs/figures within those sections.
