One thing I find a slap in the face is that some (all?) CAD vendors sell
their software in the aforementioned countries at drasically reduced
prices than in North America, in addition their software training is
also a fraction of the cost over there

It actually costs MORE money to develop this foreign language software,
and they are selling it for LESS! You take your software and develop a
foreign language interface, that costs more money

When they kill their market here they better hope they sell a lot of
software over there to make up the difference
