Hello Fellow Technetters...

As a member of this forum for the better part of 4 years (off and on again
during career changes) I can't tell you how much I've learned and continue
to learn from this forum.

I don't think any employer would mind employees being part of a continuous
training program that costs essentially nothing....

Keep up the good work Steve et al...don't let the very small minority get to
you...

Hi All,

I found myself General Manager of our small company here two years ago,
I had no manufacturing experience...none.  The forum has taught me much.
I have only asked a couple of questions in the past, but simply reading
what every one has to say about various topics has helped me
tremendously.  Beyond me why someone would be against such a rich source
of information and experience.

Hi Steve and all
I have to agree with all of the positive statements regarding those who
so freely participate and learn from one another on this forum.  Like
Werner I can't understand why anyone would take time to send such an
email and not just delete unwanted inputs.
