        In table 9-3 on IPC-2222 it lists level A to C. The description of the three levels in on 1.6.3 Productibility level of IPC2221.
        Level A   General Design Complexity  -- Preferred
        Level B   Moderate Design Complexity --Standard
        Level C   High Design Complexity  -----  Reduced
