Try 3M - our solder paste supplier uses them - they change color when exposed to a specified temperature. They have 5 windows on the strip and by counting the number of windows that change color you can tell the exposure time above the specified temperature.

Hi All,

Does anyone know of the existence of a label which is both time and
temperature sensitive i.e. a colour/scale indicator which reflects the max
temperature and also the exposure time to this temperature?
