There are several conditions you could apply:

1)  85C, 85%RH
2)  65C, 95%RH
3)  130C, 85%RH, 2 atm HAST

But, be careful when applying these test conditions.  The failure mechanism
must be the same as would be expected in a user environment.  There are some
published data on acceleration factors, but failure mechanism must be
considered there as well.

Does anybody know if there is an aging test that requires humidity,
If I set it at above the normal room condition can this speed up the
test? How can we know the relation/computation of the equivalent
