Hi Ken,

For small screws 6-32 and below we like the Aimco driver, AE-5681, http://www.aimco-global.com/adtemplate.asp?invky=55092&catky=554912

Aimco
P.O. Box 16460
Portland, WA 97292-0460
(503) 254-6600

They are very light and pretty durable. Over the years we've lost a couple of power supplies and have only had problems with the drivers when they were dropped on the concrete floor.

Hope this helps.

Dear Technetters,

I know many of you may be using electric screw drivers on the assembly line.
I really appreciate if you provide me your recommendation including
manufacturer, preference for AC v/s DC, etc.
