Hi Jason!

No, I've not done anything special with stencils I've ordered with round 0402
pads.
I normally get a 6-mil thick stencil, and check the box on the order form to
compensate the apertures to Industry Standards...

I've never had board with round wave solder pads, so I couldn't say for sure
how they would work. Then again, I've never tried wave soldering a 0402
either...something tells me I would be having other problems before I even got to
wave...like epoxy deposition.
