Hello Phil,

 From speaking to some of the suppliers at IPC Expo recently there
is still some research to be done on this.  However Er can vary with
viscosity and finish.  The materials used to adjust the viscosity can
take the Er between 4 and 5 ( according to one supplier )

The thickness can be process dependant, and the LPI may
be thicker between a pair of closely spaced traces than
traces well separated.
