I'm particularly concerned as well about sole-sourced components (i.e. connectors) that can't withstand the higher oven temps and don't lend themselves to hand placement.

A question for component manufactures, is what is the percentage of lead free components they have to offer? How long will it be before they are 100% Pb free? It would be nice if we could go to there site and have a list of package types they have converted to Pb free. I don't know about the rest of you but I've never been notified from the vendor telling me the lead finish has changed.
