I have used a batch reflow oven (model #GF-B) from a company called Automated
Production Systems. Check it out at
http://www.apsgold.com/pdf_public/gf12bro.pdf. I mainly used it to assemble prototype PCB's that used BGA type
components. I used it to both assemble and rework the boards. It has a shelf area of ~
12" x 12" which just met our needs.

Initially, I had to play around with it for a bit to determine how well it
moved the temperature. But using a hand held temperature meter with a couple of
thermocouple inputs helped me to set up my required thermal cycle for the
boards that I was working with. I hope this info helps.
