There is nothing like going to the source of wisdom, and in your case it
would be Heller Field Service.  No one knows the idiosyncracies of a machine or
the components they have procured from other vendors to go into that machine,
than the original manufacturer.  You are fortunate that you have a machine whose
manufacturer is still very much in business.

By the way, when you get that problem resolved, you're invited to come on up
over the border and give me a hand diagnosing the wiring on my '63 Mini
Cooper.  It's an English car and its coming out of winter hibernation soon - a
lethal combination and one that makes troubleshooting a reflow oven, child's play.
