It is bonding...those are the people they are most comfortable with, have
the most in common with, share the daily experience with...with the
exception of those very close friends or associates, married couples,
lovers, others in relationships, etc but from different departments...you
would see this type behaviors at the vast majority of companies across the
country...it is normal
