Ramon,

I agree with doughnuts, but would look at quantity of boards to determine
tooling needs. If only a couple are required, I would put the board in a
board vise at a slight angle from vertical, place each donut on the leads,
then slowly angle the connector to the board and insert. This would
increase the profit margin versus buying expensive tooling.

        Solder doughnuts or preforms work really well. There is no shorts
and the same amount of solder is placed in every joint. You just have to
get
the right size of       preform for the barrel/pin connection. One more
thing, there is a need to fabricate a preform loader to load them speedily.
