What do mean by safe? The material itself should not be a generator or
contributor, especially as it absorbs moisture.The packaging itself should
be treated.If it were free to travel across the surface, could it generate
charges?You need to talk to the manufacturer of the desiccant and package
material.Any attempts on my part to answer this question would result in a
lot of static.
