It is real important to differentiate between BELIEVING that ENIG has an
excessive, and unwarranted, high cost of ownership, and actually running a
substandard process. There is a BIG difference, and simply believing the process is
too hard to run to be worthwhile, could actually imply that the speaker is
doing a very good job, but does not feel the buyer of the board is paying for his
intensive efforts. IMHO
