Hi Steve,

A few years back, I solder connectors like that using
solder donuts from Alphametal and the result looks
pretty good.  I believe you can custom order those
donut in array form that is the same array as each
connector.  Don't forget to calculate the solder
volume (donut size- ID/OD and thickness) needed to
fill each of the hole.
