Here's all of ours, since we don't officially have "Senior" designers (don't
know how good it is):

drafting, engineering prototype, PCB/component layout and design, technical
illustration and component/engineering documentation. Produces finished

Work requires some knowledge of engineering specifications related to tasks
and the ability to apply/utilize advanced processes/techniques. Requires
AA/AS degree or equivalent advanced technical training and 0 to 2 years
experience. This is the entry level for experienced/career-level production
employees.

minimal assistance from engineers. Employee has mastery over the most
advanced technical processes and acts as significant resource to engineers
and other technical support employees. Typically requires an AA/AS degree

This is for Earth technology, of course. I am not sure how it would compare
to Alien Technology :D
