Hello Technetters:

I'll be at APEX in two weeks and looking into laser (in lieu of traditional
convection) BGA rework equipment (I believe laser rework is a technology
out there?).

So, any comments about this equipment (manufacturers, pros, cons,
constraints, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.

Also, where's the Apex/Technet lunch?
