its been my experience that flaking soldermask is most often related to
insufficient curing.  mask performance to a large degree is dependent on
proper pre-application prep, minimized hold times between prep and mask
application, and correct cure. All items that are controlled by the pwb
manufacturer.

Wow, hide those claws there, gonna put someones eye out....  How can the
statement be accurately made..."It sounds to me that your supplier is more
interested in finding fault with something that you are doing, then he is in
finding the root cause. "...on just the information she provided???
