barry, the question one has to ask is what type of conformal coating are you
intending on using ?( which will define the type & amount of solvents
incorporated in the formulation). once you know this, the next question to be
addressed is what are the local regulations in regard to discharging this material?
with all this in mind, than one can design and fabricate an appropriate booth/
ventilation system with all parameters taken into consideration. if you use a
water borne system, one should take precautions to limit the amount of material
vaporized into the production environment, etc. if you would like to discuss
