Hey, Technet! Long lurk, no Qs!

Got a request looking toward low cost production. Is
there any new info regarding CEM materials and punching?
Haven't been involved in one of these in maybe 25 years,
so I'm betting my picture is "pretty stale". The more
I think about it my last experiences in that realm were
in the days of .025" track and space.

Any US infrastructure for this anymore?

Any clues on what sorts of geometries and tolerances are
        practical? Fab allowances?

I see it is called possible to plate-through in CEM3 but
all I can picture is fibers and nodules galore. Is this
        a Class 1 only method?

Any pointers appreciated, many thanks in advance!
