I doubt if there is any such thing as "Proven Reliability" It is a
statistical measure of a varying situation. Probability does not equal
"Certainty". The reference to high reliability is also relative to some
lesser reliability. Both of which are now shown to be sufficient for the
application with some risk factors.

Hi Keith,
What exactly do you mean by "proven technology?" To my knowledge, none of
the
LF-solders have 'proven reliability' for high-reliability
applications--they
may or may not have such reliability, but it is far from 'proven.'
