We have done some work in Europe on PEN - not polyimide - flex
circuitry. This was purely pragmatic to see if it could be done and to
highlight any issues. Conclusion was it can be done drama free, but the
nature of the particular user business is such that they won't actually
switch to Pb-free till they (and competitors) have to.

I've been reading the forum with interest for some times and I'm part of

   Does anyone have any information on the use of lead free solders in
Flex
   circuits, this includes standard flex connector circuits and CoF.

   interested in manufacturing problems mainly associated with the
