Yes we have. It works.
But:
* Be aware that your bare board supplier is able to keep the speks for the through plated holes (thicknees of cupper, thickness of SnPb finish, diameter of the tph)
* Another issue is the tin-shiver, which is most probable with the HAL-finish.
