I've been reading the forum with interest for some times and I'm part of my
company's lead free group. I have a couple of questions which I'm hoping to
get some direction on from group members, this is the first one:

Does anyone have any information on the use of lead free solders in Flex
circuits, this includes standard flex connector circuits and CoF. I'm
interested in manufacturing problems mainly associated with the effects
of the temperature rise on the material and on the reliability of the
   joints.

regards

Paul
