We've got Aquastorm 200 and run with chemical isolation of the saponifier (in wash section) from the rinse. It works well the only negative being about 15 gal/hr drag out but careful selection of nozzle size and direction and wash temp could reduce that.

The first thing is to define what you need to clean off and the most challenging geometries (SMD standoff height, blind areas in connector bodies). Then decide what chemistries that are needed to remove the contamination - this may drive how much exposure time you need under chemistry versus belt speed that you are running.
