Not sure if there is such a table as drill sizes and annular ring may vary
from design to design.

Example, you may have a 40 mil pad and need a 20 mil (finished) drill, this
will leave a total of 10 mil annular ring, now another application may need
a 30 mil (finished) drill, this will leave a 5 mil annular ring...it's all
in the design...

And yes, supported refers to hole wall plating, non-supported means no hole
wall plating.
