we use baconsoft..

we have used it for a few years..

it is a management system that was written solely for the printed circuit
industry. it does everything we have needed so far, and it uses paradox
files (our older version does) so that you can hit it with odbc if you need
to..

the shop floor systems can run on any old junky computer..
