As per your question, you are looking for an ERP type of PPS or ERP (Enterprise Ressource Planning) such as Paradigm from Cimnet, but Paradigm is not (to my knowledge) designed for Assembly Management.

MS-Project or the like are more for following up a project such as building a plant etc.. than to follow up orders on the shop floor.

In any event, you could ask www.Cim-sys.com for advice

Eventually, they do also have a system that runs over the internet.
