Joe,
Have you looked into Titanium? I did a Google search on "2-56 titanium
screws" and it came up with several suppliers.
I've tried Teflon coating over stainless for repeated wave soldering
applications and it doesn't last long. If you feel you should give it a try,
I recommend "Tiodize" in Huntington Beach, Ca. 714-898-4377
BTW, I went to High School with a Joe Kane in N.J. Might you be him?
Regards,
Ed Popielarski
