Whilst Bellcore remains extant, it really isn't up to date. You might want
to quote ISO-PWI 9455-17 compliant.

This is a new International Standard that was mirroring the revision to
IPC-J-STD-004. Unfortunately, the revision has not yet been approved for
release.
