Don't hold your breath, Joe. I've had some dealings with them and,
believe me, they are both pig-headed and hard-headed. Reasonable and
rational are adjectives that don't exist in Brussels. They would lose
too much face by stepping backwards (OK, mixed metaphors :-( ).
