Hi there, I work at your typical low volume high mix facility. I have run into the situation several times where I am forced to use expired parts (both moisture sensitive and non-sensitive).

We have recently run into parts that are over 2 years old and we had to use them. How does every one out there deal with this? Do you follow STD-033A to the letter? What is your storage procedure?

The 2 year old parts gave us many quality problems.

Thanks in advance.
