I agree for old designs.  As a manufacturer who deals exclusively with the
defense industry, the switch ti IPC standards on all new design as well as
all new contracts has been easy up to this point.

If you intent to do military business, then 31032 is what you would need to
use, unless IPC can convince DOD that an equivalent IPC document is the way
to go.
