Does any one have knowledge of or can point me in the right direction for the requirement of making daisy chain
coupons for determination of coupon failure vs. number of thermal cycles. We are wanting to update our current material suppliers(and current process) to determine
number of thermal cycles before we have failures. Is
there something in IPC which states this.
