Hi Brian,

This could be a real boon for the electronics industry. Everyone in the EU
must buy two products... One to destroy for testing and one to use if the first
one passes muster... ;-)

Seems also that there could be a lot of money made by EU analytical labs in
the years ahead. A good time to be a chemist   :-)

BTW  A new term on the rise is: "Legislatively Mandated Materials" (as
opposed to the over used and too often inaccurate marketing terms "environmentally
friendly" and "green" which don't look at the whole picture) It seems a better
reflection of current reality.
