Hello Technet:
One of our standard designs is to mount an RF PWB into a housing with
screws.  The screws have a dual function, one being to hold the PWB in
place, the other is to ground the PWB to the housing.  An ongoing problem is
that, over time, the PWB material flows, causing the screws to loosen
slightly, thus compromising the ground.  On approach is to mount grounding
terminals to the side wall of the housing and connect a wire from it to the
PWB.  I was wondering if there is any other techniques or products available
that may solve this problem.
