Hi all,

I need help on an exiting new project for us.
We are going to make a 4 layer flexible board with double sided SMT.
It is going to be an L shaped board and its size will be approximately
45x30x0.4mm
The smallest components will be 0402 and there will probably go 10 boards
in a flat.
We are thinking about a Rigid carrier with the possibility to clamp all
four sides but we are not sure on how the stress of clamping (stretching)
the board will affect the boards (placement accuracy)

I would like suggestions on how to handle the boards during SMT placement.
I'm sure there are more companies that are performing this kind of
assembly.
All suggestions are welcome.
Maybe you can show me the holes I don't want to step into.
