Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I have some batteries which go into laptop computers which I have to find a
way to impair.

I am looking for a chemical(s) which will seal off the elecrical contacts to
the batteries and adhere to the platic of the battery so that if someone
wanted to remove the coating on the contacts, they would damage the battery,
thus making it unsellable.

I do not want to use a 2-step epoxy because the facility where the work will
be done has some reservations about doing that.

If anyone can help or put me in contact with someone in the Chicago area, it
would be greatly appreciated.
