There is a SD based company that I've heard is pretty good. They are a large contract manufacturer. They are one of many divisions of Raven Industries. They are the ESD (Electronics Systems Division) Division of Raven Industries. The reason I know this is that I work for another division at Raven. I work in the FCD (Flow Control Division). Our facility is very close in walking distance to the ESD division facility and I frequently tap their knowledge to gain for my division. They also work on government contracts, which I believe, also, requires Class 3. I do know they build boards for Motorola. I am not sure of the extent of their customers though.out. I'm not sure if they fit your needs, however you may want to look into this.
