Hi,
OK, we know the tools, we figure out how to implement them, but what are we
looking for? What are the industry levels in terms of DPMO? I have heard
rumors that below 100 DPMO it is world class manufacturing, but is it true?
What are some realistic figures that you guys manage to control?
Thanks,
Ioan
