hi,

it's clear that paul (and ken, in a personal email) understand this.  it also explains why we have failures on our internal testing of bare motherboards when our ditmco is set to 10 ohms max.

Hello Ken,
If I understand the question, the answer maybe:
IPC-9252 'Guidelines and Requirements for E.T. Unpopulated Printed Boards'.
Section 4.3, Table 4-1 'Test Requirements by Level'
Class 3,continuity 50 ohms, pass 0 to 50, fail > 50 ohms.
