whoa again.  in regard to testing.  one would perform a point-to-point continuity/isolation test with something like a ditmco tester.  paddle cards would be inserted into the pressed-in connectors and interfaced to the ditmco machine (for example).

How thin is "thin"?

At what point would the thickness of the parylene begin to pose problems?

Is this "thin" parylene effectively protecting the circuitry?

What tests are needed to determine if there are problems?
